No more buzzing

Turns out the issue was in the Sequences in Game Maker. This has to be a glitch in Game Maker itself because why would the sound effect work for the first Newspaper sequence, but play an infinite loop of the sound effect for the ending sequences? Either way, no more buzzing. Enjoy!
